BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: Tracts of land located in the 800 block of Signal Mountain Road, and the 100 block of Russell Avenue, being on the northeast line of Signal Mountain Road at Russell Avenue, and the northwest and southeast lines of Russell Avenue northeast of Signal Mountain Road. Tract 1 to be rezoned from R-1 and R-2 to O-1 with conditions: Lots 27 and 28, the southwest 50 feet of lot 26, and the northwest 50 feet of lot 29, Sivley and Coffelt Heights, as shown by plat of record in plat book 15, page 120, ROHC; being part of the property described as Tract One, and part of the property described as Tract Two, in deed book 4109, page 907, ROHC. Tax Map No. 117J-C-39 (part), 40, 41, and 42 (part). Tract 2 to be rezoned from R-2 and R-3 to O-1 with conditions: Part of 2 unplatted tracts, being part of the property described as Tract Two in deed book 4109, page 907, ROHC. Said parts of tracts form one tract beginning at the intersection of the northeast line of Signal Mountain Road with the northwest line of Russell Avenue, thence northwest 200 feet with Signal Mountain Road, thence northeast 200 feet parallel to, and at all points 200 feet northwest of, the northwest line of Russell Avenue, thence southeast 200 feet parallel to, and at all points 200 feet northeast of, the northeast line of Signal Mountain Road to the northwest line of Russell Avenue, thence southwest 200 feet with Russell Avenue to the northeast line of Signal Mountain Road, the point of beginning.
